I admit it.
Days get REALLY long when I am around my kiddos all day without a break.
That is why I have instituted a mandatory time-out for mom, or "Quiet Time" in our home.
This is a time for me to get to-dos done, take a nap, catch up on communication,
and (in the event of a very stressful day) pray or even zone-out for a bit.
The kiddos that don't nap are simply required to LEAVE MOM ALONE!
They don't even have to be quiet. They simply need to stay out of trouble.
Some days, however, quiet time gets really quiet.
One such day, David "broke the rule" and came to ask for the camera.
Here is what he documented on the floor of the "Quiet Time" room.
Love, Us.
