The First Signs of Winter in WA

About a week ago, we woke up super excited to have any amount of snow on the ground!

Minnestotan's would hardly label this a snow fall, but being in the PNW, 

we appreciate every bit that we get!

The kids all threw on their piddly winter gear on top of their PJ's 

and went out to enjoy the white stuff.

Within an hour, they were all good and cold.
 They even had a mini snowman (named Hector, of course) to show for their chilly efforts.

Thank God for floor heaters and a warm puppy after playing in snow with rain jackets and boots!
